The magazine's name was highly inspired by DAMAC's view on the modern luxurious life. Discussing with the marketing manager at the time "Ali Mohammed", We decided to adapt the name directly from DAMAC to reflect their effect on the Iraqi real estate industry.

LUXLIFE is my designed product, created to guide the Iraqi people towards a more promising and elegant future. It is to highlight the worth of living in different aspects and concepts, Most notably towards the last pages, Music.
For the cover image, I had a discussion with ZEST's CEO "Ihsan Zangana", To appreciate the efforts of different engineers, architects and artists in the real estate field.
So we came to decide that "Zaha Hadid" is the perfect choice.

"LUXLIFE" Project took around 45 Days to finish from start to end
The hardest part was to find high quality assets, but i managed to
collect a very good, detailed set of photos and vectors thanks to
different sources and AI image enlargers.
LUXLIFE has 94 pages filled with various content, such as real estate, luxury living, watches, cars, deals & discounts and analytics about Dubai, Erbil, and Baghdad​​​​​​​.
Two videos were designed to promote the magazine, and published on our social media

Both of these videos are layered with a voiceover by "Maha Abdul Kareem", and were edited and produced by "Mohammed Tikriti", The videographer and video editor.
